| We understand that plans can change. To receive a refund of your deposit, please notify us within the following timeframes: |
| 30 days or more before your reservation: 100% refund of your deposit, less a 3% finance charge. |
| 15 days before your reservation: 50% refund of your deposit, less a 3% finance charge. |
| 7 to 14 days before your reservation: 25% refund of your deposit, less a 3% finance charge. |
| 0 to 7 days before your reservation: No refund. You will be charged the full price of your reservation. |
| No-shows: Will be charged the full price of the reservation. |
Please note: All cancellations and refunds are subject to a 3% finance charge to cover transaction and processing fees.
