- Please lock external doors each time you leave the house. Leave the keys in the lockbox. Please access the property from the side door by the garage.
- Please don’t wear outside shoes inside the house.
- No smoking in the house including the garage. $2,000 charges apply if anyone smokes inside the house. Smoking permitted only on outside grounds and no cigarette butt to be left on grounds.
- Guests can use a wood burning fireplace in the family room (in the kitchen area) and please ensure the floor area is clean of wood or ashes. • No visitors in the house other than those on reservation.
- Extra towels, linen, blankets, bed quilts are available upon request.
- Don’t move furniture. They should stay as they are placed all the time.
- Laundry baskets are provided in the laundry room for guests to use. Please leave them back in the laundry room after use.
- Please reach out to the host for any supplies needed.
- Check out is by 11 am on your departure day.
- Please tidy up the house to the condition it was when you arrived.
- Please clean any dirty dishes or run the dishwasher before you depart.
- Please put all dirty towels in the laundry machine and run a normal cycle with detergent provided inside the laundry room. Our cleaner will move them from the laundry machine to the dryer.
- Please consolidate all the trash into the trash bin at the end of the driveway- Clear bags for garbage and blue bags for recycling (paper/cardboard in one bag, cans/bottles in another bag). Garbage bags are available in laundry room
- Please turn off all the lights when not in use and on checkout.
- Please make sure that all the doors giving access to the outside area are locked.
